Central to my role is the rewarding task of connecting aspiring NPs with seasoned preceptors. It’s more than just forming partnerships; it’s about creating meaningful educational experiences. Each successful match advances a student's career and adds depth to a preceptor's professional journey.

Understanding the unique healthcare and educational environments of my region is crucial. I've crafted and executed plans to widen our network, ensuring a broader student base can access top-tier preceptorships. Tailoring my strategies to suit diverse local challenges has been a key part of this process.

Recruiting new preceptors is about quality over quantity. It's finding mentors who offer invaluable learning experiences. My role extends to supporting these professionals from their initial steps with NPHub to their continuous growth, ensuring they have the tools and resources for effective mentoring.

Data plays a critical role in my strategy. By evaluating trends, feedback, and performance indicators, I ensure our expansion also enhances the quality of our service. This analytical approach helps in making decisions that resonate with our goals.

Onboarding: As a dedicated Account Manager, I took great care in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for our government partners. My strong communication skills allowed me to guide stakeholders through the setup process, addressing any queries and concerns promptly, and laying the foundation for a successful partnership.

Upselling: Leveraging my in-depth knowledge of Bird's offerings and the diverse needs of our government partners, I proactively identified upselling opportunities.
